EUEI-UNEP Capacity Enhancement and Mobilisation Action for Energy in Africa (CEMA)

The EUEI-UNEP Capacity Enhancement and Mobilisation Action for Energy in Africa (CEMA) is a collaboration between the EU Energy Initiative (EUEI) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). CEMA, implemented by UNEP DTIE (France) and UNEP Risoe Centre (Denmark), in collaboration with partner Centres throughout Africa, is a four-year activity designed to support the Africa-EU Energy Partnership. CEMA aims to enhance the dialogue between African and EU stakeholders, particularly at sub-regional level, through targeted policy engagement, special studies, information dissemination and targeted capacity building.
